1/ Quelle est la finalité de votre fonction ?
Concrètement, j’ai un rôle pivot entre les chargés d’études et les correcteurs, ces derniers étant principalement internalisés, mais parfois externalisés (avec des personnes ayant déjà travaillé chez nous), lors de périodes à forte charge.
C’est un métier que je qualifierais de multi-tâches car il nécessite de connaître le contenu des missions de chacun. Depuis mon intégration il y a cinq ans chez Vitalis Group, j’ai énormément appris au gré de mes différents postes au sein du Pôle Correction, jusqu’à en assurer la responsabilité. Aujourd’hui je m’affaire à mobiliser mon équipe afin de rendre les résultats de nos études compréhensibles et présentables, dans un objectif de pleine satisfaction de nos clients.

2/ Quels sont vos atouts pour piloter efficacement ?
D’abord toujours raisonner en équipe et non en hiérarchie. Je mise énormément sur l’écoute et l’échange. En faisant attention à rester humaine et équitable envers tous les collaborateurs. Puis, veiller à prioriser les missions à bon escient. Le sens de l’organisation, ça me connaît ! Dans une même journée je suis sur plusieurs fronts, ce qui nécessite une grande capacité d’adaptation et de discernement. Cette polyvalence me convient parfaitement, elle occupe la plupart de mon temps et me pousse à m’améliorer.

3/ Comment résumer ce qui vous guide au quotidien ?
Le travail en équipe et la complicité qui en dépend, ou en découle, c’est valable dans les deux sens en réalité. J’aime être au contact de mes collaboratrices (nous sommes une team 100% féminine, c’est ainsi…). J’avoue sans complexe que nous passons d’une ambiance sérieuse à plus légère régulièrement, c’est notre force et c’est tout à fait compatible avec de bons résultats ! Et puis, j’apprécie également le calme de mon intimité. Être bien chez moi, lire, tricoter ou regarder des drama coréens, quel plaisir !
