Chez Vitalis Group, je suis en charge de toute la partie paye de nos évaluateurs ! Dès lors qu’une mission leur est confiée, jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’achève, j’interviens à plusieurs niveaux et suis en lien avec toutes les équipes, du recrutement à la correction.
Plus précisément, je m’occupe de la vérification des pièces administratives, de la rédaction du contrat de travail, de la validation des notes de frais, gestion des fiches de paie, et bien d’autres choses encore ! C’est ainsi un important nombre d’évaluateurs que j’accompagne tous les mois.

Je suis bien dans mon job !
J’apprécie énormément la confiance que m’accordent les dirigeants. Car je fonctionne finalement en grande autonomie et me dois de faire preuve d’organisation et de rigueur pour honorer ma fonction.
Au-delà de celle-ci, ce qui me plait dans l’entreprise, ce sont l’esprit d’équipe, la cohésion et la solidarité qui nous unissent tous. On peut être soi-même, ne pas ressembler à autrui ; la culture et le respect de cette différence permettent d’avoir une équipe soudée.
Je pense être attentive au bien-être de chacun ici, comme d’autres le sont du mien. C’est très précieux pour moi.

Une Toulousaine, curieuse et créative, qui se revendique aussi citoyenne du monde !
Laissez-moi vous expliquer… Je pratique la danse indienne depuis une dizaine d’année et j’adore l’idée de faire partie d’une troupe, d’un groupe, avec la pluralité de ses individualités. Cette activité permet de relâcher la pression et d’éprouver un sentiment de grande liberté : un pur moment de plaisir !
J’ai d’ailleurs eu l’opportunité de me rendre en Inde ; comme une évidence, je m’y sentie chez moi.
Et je m’essaye également depuis peu aux percussions, au cajón plus précisément, instrument originaire d’Amérique du Sud.
Entre ma profession et mes loisirs, je peux laisser éclater toutes les facettes de ma personnalité !
