C’est un échange crucial entre le chargé d’études et le client, indispensable à la mise en œuvre du projet. Il s’agit de prendre le temps de cadrer en détail ses besoins et souhaits, et de construire un rétroplanning cohérent. Élaboration des questionnaires, choix du type d’enquêtes (appels téléphoniques et/ou visites mystères), profil des enquêteurs, thématiques à privilégier, formats des restitutions, un certain nombre de prérequis sont définis.

4 – La Mise en place de l’étude :

C’est le passage de relais aux équipes de terrain, qui vont avoir la charge de recruter les enquêteurs finaux. L’occasion d’un réajustement, avec en prime, l’expertise d’un pôle terrain très opérationnel. Une étape importante durant laquelle seront créés et paramétrés les futurs outils à la disposition des enquêteurs : brief, questionnaires, et saisie de données.
