Certes mais j’évolue au sein de Vitalis Group depuis dix ans et je possède désormais une très bonne expertise métier et client. J’ai débuté en tant que chargée d’études, et suis devenue peu à peu la référente des missions de types audit, puis est venue se greffer la fonction qualité.
À la suite d’une réorganisation, on m’a proposé d’assurer la direction des Pôles Études et Qualité. Deux responsabilités qui demandent une remise en question permanente. Connaissance parfaite des tâches techniques, harmonisation des méthodes de travail, respect des process, dynamique d’amélioration continue : ces deux pôles regroupent des fonctions qui sont au cœur de la démarche de Vitalis Group.

Mon expérience en interne m’aide énormément. Mais surtout, je m’efforce d’être disponible et à l’écoute pour mes équipes. Je suis positionnée entre la direction et les collaborateurs, il me faut être un relais efficace !
Alors, si recette il y a, je dirais qu’elle contient une dose d’organisation et une autre de rigueur dans le travail à accomplir. À partir de là, l’autre ingrédient majeur est l’attention qui doit être portée sur l’évolution des compétences des collaborateurs.

J’apprécie énormément échanger, découvrir, et je suis curieuse de nature. Par le passé j’ai eu l’opportunité de participer à des missions humanitaires : la découverte de l’autre et de nouvelles cultures sont pour moi d’une incroyable richesse. C’est pourquoi, réunir des amis, voyager, tout ce qui me ramène à l’échange et au partage m’attirent. Vous comprendrez aisément que travailler en équipe est donc naturel pour moi. La convivialité est une valeur essentielle qui me tient à cœur.
