1/ Le rôle de Responsable Terrain repose sur quelles compétences ?

Essentiellement sur la capacité à coordonner et fédérer une équipe, et sur un sens du relationnel développé. Je pilote une dizaine de collaborateurs qui sont eux-mêmes en interface avec les enquêteurs terrain. Leurs journées sont parfois compliquées car nécessitent de palier à des désistements de dernière minute par exemple, ou de trouver des enquêteurs sur des missions avec un profil très ciblé. Je veille donc à stimuler l’entraide et à pratiquer un management de proximité, tout en restant juste et professionnelle.
Comprendre et accompagner dans la recherche de solutions fait partie de mon rôle. Une bonne communication au sein de l’équipe permet de travailler en bonne intelligence.

Sans doute. L’humain est au centre de mes préoccupations. Je fais en sorte que mes valeurs soient en phase avec l’exercice de mes fonctions. Patience, bienveillance et écoute. Et ne jamais laisser place au doute ou à une situation ambigüe. S’il y a une incompréhension on en parle, toujours avec tact et discernement. C’est pour cela que je préfère évoquer les richesses humaines que les ressources humaines, ça valorise davantage les femmes et les hommes que nous sommes.

Je suis très attachée à mes deux fonctions, car elles me semblent capitales. Je souhaite continuer à stimuler la culture d’entreprise en accompagnant pleinement les collaborateurs, pour la partie RH. Et côté terrain, continuer à développer en équipe le pôle sourcing.
Evidemment, il faut en parallèle rester à l’écoute de la sphère privée axée autour de ma famille et mes deux jeunes enfants, qui sont le socle d’un équilibre essentiel à préserver.
