1/ En quoi consiste le poste de chargé (e) d’études ?
« Il s’agit de réaliser des études pour le compte de clients, de la création à la restitution.
L’organisation est précise : appréhender les besoins, construire le projet en élaborant les grilles d’évaluation, les documents de formation interne et externe, assurer le suivi des missions de A à Z, et assurer une restitution fidèle et pertinente des résultats. Au final mon rôle est totalement transversal car je côtoie tous les pôles au sein de Vitalis Group. Chaque nouveau projet nécessite une cohésion des équipes et un strict respect des process.
Et j’ajouterais que c’est dans la construction des projets avec le client que mon engagement prend tout son sens. »
