Mon quotidien est en effet organisé autour des pôles marketing-communication, et formation orientée clients.
L’objectif du volet marketing est d’ajuster notre offre aux besoins du marché, ce qui nécessite d’effectuer une veille poussée et permanente afin de connaître les tendances et de proposer à nos clients les solutions les plus pertinentes & actuelles. Le volet communication nécessite quant à lui de créer des supports, du contenu, et de les rendre visibles afin de faire connaître Vitalis Group.
Enfin, je m’occupe de la formation dédiée à nos clients : création de programmes sur mesure, et prescription de formateurs en parfaite adéquation avec les objectifs et l’esprit de l’entreprise à accompagner.

Incontestablement la possibilité qui m’est donnée de créer et d’innover ! Je ne me mets aucun frein dans ce que j’entreprends, et suis en permanence en quête de nouveaux projets et défis. Mon quotidien nécessite une certaine polyvalence, ce qui est très stimulant. Chercher encore et encore à s’améliorer pour surprendre, créer la différence, et satisfaire toujours plus (aussi bien les collaborateurs que les clients !).

Totalement ! L’aspect de l’innovation et de la création me stimulent énormément dans la sphère privée. L’univers du jeu, de l’enfance, et tout ce qui relève du ludique font partie de mon quotidien. Ce sont des activités que j’apprécie tout particulièrement, et prends plaisir à partager avec mes filles et mon entourage proche !
Les échanges et les moments de partage constituent un véritable fil rouge dans ma vie, tant personnelle que professionnelle.
